At DokiDoki Cosplay, we want to ensure your transformation into your favorite character is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or size exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.
Await Authorization
Our support team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items are eligible for return and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include the RMA form before shipping it back to our designated warehouse.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned cosplay for any signs of wear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
